We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get your teeth into the world’s favourite mouthguard which is why we offer two methods for obtaining an OPRO Custom-Fit mouthguard:

Home Impression Kit

The Home Impression Kit is simple and easy to use.

1. Place your order
   
   
   
2. We will send the kit out in the post
   
   
   
3. Complete your impression and send it back to us to the free postal address provided
   
   
   
4. We return your Custom-Fit mouthguard
   
   
   

We appreciate that it’s not always possible to get along to one of our dental impression visits which is why we have developed our home impression system so that you can still benefit from being able to wear an OPRO Custom-Fit mouthguard in a design and protection level of your choice. All you have to do is select the Home Impression Kit option when placing your order and we will send the kit to you at home. The Home Impression Kit comes with simple step by step instructions to make the impression taking process easy. Once the impression is returned to us we will have your gum shield made in our lab with no delay!

How do i use my Home Impression Kit?

Each kit comes with clear, easy-to-follow, written instructions. In addition, we also provide a link to the relevant fitting video (above), which will help guide you through the process of making a dental impression.

OPRO Dental Impression Visits

For schools, universities, and sport clubs who sign up to our dental impression service, we arrange for a member of the OPRO team to come along on a date and time to suit the organisation to take impressions of anyone who would like one of our Custom-Fit mouthguards.

We make the mouthguards in our state of the art manufacturing facility in Hertfordshire and approximately a week after the visit, we return the mouth guards to your school/club.
